Ethereum (ETH) has demonstrated a strong recovery, breaking through the $2,500 resistance level after a prolonged bearish period. This 30-day bullish reversal highlights renewed market confidence, with investors now setting their sights on the $3,000 milestone. On-chain metrics further support this optimism, showing a 1.372% monthly growth in unique ethereum addresses, reaching 321 million by May 29, 2025. Additionally, daily transactions have remained consistently high, fluctuating between 1.25 million and 1.5 million, indicating robust network activity. As June 2025 approaches, the question on everyone’s mind is whether ETH can reclaim the $3,000 mark and sustain its upward trajectory.

Ethereum Price Prediction June 2025: Will ETH Reclaim $3000?

Ethereum’s price has staged a robust recovery, surging past the $2,500 mark after a prolonged bearish phase. The altcoin’s 30-day bullish reversal reflects growing market confidence, with investors now eyeing the $3,000 threshold.

On-chain data reveals a 1.372% monthly increase in unique Ethereum addresses, totaling 321 million as of May 29. Daily transactions consistently ranged between 1.25 million and 1.5 million, signaling accelerating adoption in global finance.

Ethereum ETFs have demonstrated remarkable resilience, posting 14 positive trading days out of 20 since launch. These products have collectively added $607 million in net inflows, underscoring institutional interest.

Sharplink Gaming Announces $1 Billion Stock Offering to Acquire Ethereum

Sharplink Gaming Inc. has unveiled a bold $1 billion stock offering aimed at purchasing Ethereum (ETH) for its treasury. The Nasdaq-listed company filed an S-5 prospectus on May 29 detailing plans to sell up to 72 million shares, with an initial tranche of 12.6 million shares priced at $79.21 each based on recent trading levels.

The gaming affiliate marketer explicitly stated it WOULD deploy "substantially all" offering proceeds toward ETH acquisitions, marking one of the largest corporate treasury allocations to cryptocurrency. Remaining funds will support working capital needs and expansion of core marketing operations.

Sharplink will execute the offering through an at-the-market structure, providing flexibility to adjust share sales according to market conditions. This MOVE follows the company’s earlier $425 million ETH purchase, signaling growing institutional conviction in Ethereum’s value proposition.

Ethereum Price Prediction: Bullish Signals Emerge Amid Market Retreat

Ethereum’s price dipped 2.4% to $2,580 amid broader crypto market declines, yet trading volume contraction suggests limited selling pressure. The ecosystem demonstrates resilience with Total Value Locked (TVL) dominance and a $10 billion stablecoin inflow since January.

Liquidations remain subdued compared to February’s extremes, with only $93 million in ETH long positions unwound. The EVM’s utility token demand typically surges during DeFi activity spikes—a historical precursor to ETH price appreciation.

Technical indicators flash buy signals as a 19% upside target emerges from bullish EMA crossovers. Market structure mirrors early-stage bull market corrections where shallow pullbacks precede renewed momentum.

Ethereum ETF Inflows Grow, But Price Impact Remains Muted

Institutional interest in Ethereum is gaining traction, with spot Ethereum ETFs recording nine consecutive days of net inflows. BlackRock’s ETHA and Fidelity’s FETH lead the charge, attracting $50 million and $38 million respectively on Thursday alone. Despite the influx, Ethereum’s price remains stagnant, trading NEAR $2,616 after a 4% dip.

Glassnode reports that ETF inflows contribute just 1.5% of spot market trading volume—far too little to sway prices. The lack of impact underscores a disconnect between ETF activity and broader market dynamics. Notably, most ETF investors are underwater, with ETHA’s average cost basis at $3,300 and FETH’s at $3,500. Historical patterns suggest outflows may rise if ETH stays below these levels.
